Guides
How we write these guides
Dooro's guides answer specific questions property managers ask about rental inquiries and vacancies. Here's how each one is made.
Who writes them
Every guide is published by the Dooro team. We don't use personal bylines, pen names or personas, and we don't put photos or credentials on pages.
How a guide is made
We start from questions property managers actually raise, in conversations with Dooro and in public forums, and from primary sources such as official documentation and published studies. Drafts are written with AI assistance.
Then we fact-check every claim against the source it cites, and open every link. Anything we can't verify comes out. Numbers in worked examples are labelled as illustrations, not benchmarks. A Dooro employee reviews each guide before it's published.
Each guide shows the date it was last updated. We revise a guide when a source changes, or when we learn something that makes it more accurate.
What we won't do
- Claim results Dooro hasn't produced.
- Publish statistics we can't trace to a source.
- Rank or score renters.
Where Dooro is relevant, each guide says plainly where it helps and where it doesn't.
Corrections
If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, email support@dooro.co with the page and what needs fixing. We'll check it against the sources and update the page.
