Subprocessors

We use certain third‑party providers (Subprocessors) to help deliver the Dooro services. This page lists our current Subprocessors, what each one does, and the kinds of data it receives. For questions or objections, contact privacy@dooro.co.
Current Subprocessors
The following providers process Personal Data to deliver the service:
Supabase
Database, authentication, and file storage for the service.
Data: Account and property manager business data; emails that property managers forward to Dooro and the renter names, contact details, and messages derived from them; audit and campaign records; uploaded documents.
Vercel
Application hosting, scheduled jobs, and request logging.
Data: All data in transit through the service, request metadata, and application logs.
Brevo
Email delivery, processing of emails forwarded to Dooro forwarding addresses, and SMS notifications.
Data: Forwarded emails, including renter names, email addresses, phone numbers, and message content; the recipients and content of emails Dooro sends, including follow-up emails to renters sent on a property manager’s behalf; delivery and engagement events; phone numbers and message content for SMS notifications.
Stripe
Payment processing and billing.
Data: Billing contact details and payment information of paying customers. Card details are collected by Stripe directly.
Anthropic
AI processing to extract text from lease documents and read lease terms.
Data: Lease documents and lease text, which can include names, addresses, and rent terms.
Sentry
Error monitoring and diagnostics.
Data: Error reports and diagnostic logs, which can incidentally include account identifiers or other data present when an error occurs.
PostHog
Product analytics.
Data: Usage events, account identifiers, and, where enabled, session recordings of product use.
Upstash
Rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Data: IP addresses and account identifiers used as rate-limit keys. No message content.
OpenStreetMap Foundation (Nominatim)
Validation of property addresses.
Data: Property street addresses entered by property managers.
Feature-Specific Subprocessors
The following providers process Personal Data only in the circumstances described for each one:
Google Drive file import and Google sign-in connections, when a user connects a Google account.
Data: The account email address and the files the user selects.
Dropbox
File import, when a user connects a Dropbox account.
Data: Files the user selects for import.
Changes to This List
We will update this page prior to adding or replacing Subprocessors where feasible. Customer may subscribe to change notifications by emailing privacy@dooro.co with the subject line “Subprocessor Changes”.
